Terms and Conditions
- Bets may be made on the JustBet Mobile platform, or any JustBet Retailer.
- Tickets may contain other games along with the UEFA Champions League Finals.
- The entry forms must be completed with: Full name, Address, Telephone number, TRN, photo of ticket– before being submitted.
- All physical prizes must be claimed at Grapevine Marketing, 49a Hope Road, Kingston 6. To claim prizes, winners must present a valid Government issued identification (Driver’s License, Passport or National/Voter’s ID).
- All prizes must be collected within ten (10) days of the winner being notified; weekends not included.
- By entering and participating in this promotion, the customer will be accepting that they agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- Winners must also agree to have their picture taken by SVL, which will be posted to our Social Media channels.
- There will be 42 winners in total.
- All unclaimed prizes will be returned to Supreme Ventures Limited.
- Employees of SVL are not eligible to enter.

Grand Prize Draw Rules
All JustBet Mobile Customers who make a bet on any game available on the platform whether instore or online valued at $1500 or more on one ticket from March 1, 2024, to midnight April 28, 2024, will be entered into a draw from which three (3) winners will be selected in descending order (third, second, first).
The name and phone number associated with each qualifying bet between the period March 1, 2024, and April 28, 2024, will be placed in Microsoft randomizer, from which three winners will be selected on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 2:00pm.
The first-place winner will receive a trip for 2 to the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE Finals, the second-place winner will receive an Entertainment system (Samsung 55 Inch TV, Samsung Soundbar, PS5, FIFA 24 PS5 Game) and the third-place winner will receive an iPhone 15 Pro Max and Apple Air Pods Pro).
Customers who make a qualifying bet online will be automatically entered, while customers who make a bet instore will be required to complete an online entry form with their name, phone number, TRN, email address (optional) and a photo of their ticket at www.promotions.supremegames.com.
Two (2) attempts will be made to contact the winner by phone on the number used to create their JustBet mobile account or the number entered on the form within 3 minutes before selecting another winner. This will continue until a winner answers the phone. Customers can have multiple entries i.e. (2 tickets at $1500 ea is 2 entries)
Weekly Draw Rules
All Customers who make a bet on any game available on the JustBet platform whether instore or online valued at $1500 or more on one ticket from March 1, 2024, to midnight June 1, 2024, will qualify for weekly prize. Entries will be same as mentioned in part one of the promotion. Starting March 11, 2024, three (3) winners will be chosen every Monday except on public holidays, where the winner will be selected the following day at 2:00pm.
The winners will be selected in descending order (third, second , first). One winner will be selected at a time. We will make four (4) attempts to contact the winner by phone on the number provided on their JustBet Account or entry form within 3 minutes before moving on to another winner.
Weekly winners are only eligible to win once throughout the duration of the promotion, however, they will still be entered into the draw mentioned in Part one.
